Stockings, Suspenders And Girdles

Star Workshop

These days, unfortunately the sky does not allow us to profitably amateur astronomers to observe the stars and thus to propose new pictures, but luckily for me and thanks to my friend James I could see an instrument of the highest prestige and I am also glad that it is completely Italian production.
The tool is made by Star Machine Shop, a company that manufactures high quality tools like this that I'm going to show you in the picture, the RC250 PRO LT.
This tool is a Ritchey Chretien with an aperture of 250 mm and a focal length of 2000 mm, making it an F8.
I could fully appreciate the details of this instrument, such as making a lattice and the material used for the structure. A very interesting note is the Losmandy bars fitted as standard on the instrument.
The instrument weighs about 18kg and can be used Even if only visually, on a frame as the EQ6.
Now I leave the pictures of this magnificent instrument, you can go for further information please see the manufacturer's website at this link , or visit Staroptics which also contains information on standard equipment and prices.
